Amber Guyon

Program Manager

Amber Guyon joined COPE Health Solutions in June 2020 and currently manages the COPE Health Scholar program at Adventist Health Simi Valley. In her current role, she is responsible for running the day to day program operations, supporting in hospital projects, program outreach and expansion, along with providing support and professional development for program participants.

Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, she was enrolled in the COPE Health Scholars program from 2017 to 2018 and again from 2019 to 2020 at Adventist Health Simi Valley. Early on as a Health Scholar she joined the Leadership team as a Department Coordinator and later transitioned into the Assistant Director of Departments role, followed by Director of Departmental Operations. As an Executive leader, she oversaw a team of department coordinators and supported their growth in their role, along with working to expand the leadership team at Adventist Health Simi Valley. While continuing her time at Adventist Health as a Health Scholar and Executive Leader, she also supported the operations at St. John’s Regional Medical Center and St. Mary’s Medical Center as a Health Scholar Assistant.

Ms. Guyon graduated cum laude from California Lutheran University where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in psychology. Ms. Guyon aspires to continue her studies in nursing school and hopes to work in the field of pediatrics.
