Arsh Mundi

Arsh Mundi joined COPE Health Solutions in February 2023 as a Program Coordinator, where he supports the operational management of the Health Scholar and additional workforce programs at Adventist Health Bakersfield and Central Valley Network. As a Program Coordinator, Mr. Mundi is responsible for a wide range of tasks, including recruitment, enrollment, training, administrative support, and marketing as related to the programs. He is further committed to maintaining a positive experience for program participants while ensuring that each program runs smoothly and meets the needs of all stakeholders that are involved.

Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions in his present position, Mr. Mundi was enrolled in the Health Scholar program at Adventist Health Bakersfield for a period of one year. During this time, he had the unique opportunity to rotate through a variety of clinical departments and gain hands-on experience in the field of health care. This experience provided him a valuable understanding of the day-to-day operations of a health care organization and the challenges faced by medical professionals and patients. As a San Joaquin Valley native, he hopes to work toward improving health equity, education, and access to care for this region along with other under-resourced and marginalized populations in the state of California. With a passion for promoting the health and well-being of individuals and communities within the Central Valley, he brings a unique perspective to the role as he has formerly served as a participant and is now working in a support capacity.

Mr. Mundi holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry with a minor in Psychology from California State University, Bakersfield. He is dedicated to continuing his professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of healthcare. Moreover, he is a lifelong learner who is always seeking new opportunities to grow and improve and is motivated to make a positive impact on the communities he serves through his work.
