Brytani Garnett joined COPE Health Solutions in March 2014 as an Assistant Manager of Health Care Talent Innovations (HCTI), responsible for the Health Care Talent Pipeline at Glendale Adventist Medical Center. Shortly after, Brytani became the Manager in June 2014.  She is currently Regional Manage. Prior to joining the COPE team, Brytani was a Clinical Care Extender at Glendale Adventist Medical Center for little over a year.

As Regional Manager, Brytani oversees  program  operations of over 400 pre-health and graduate students, career changers and veterans at Glendale Adventist Medical Center in Glendale, CA and White Memorial Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA. In partnership with executive leadership, Brytani established a structured project to engage the Clinical Care Extenders in key hospital initiatives around patient experience. As a result, COPE Health Solutions published a case study, Making Post-Discharge Calls Sustainable in High-Volume Patient Care Environments, in July 2014.

Prior to her role at COPE Health Solutions, Brytani managed daily operations and client relations at an event management company known as The Baker Group. Her work included coordinating vendors, overseeing daily agency activities to ensure flawless execution of events, accounting and developing efficient, event management tools.

Brytani graduated from the University of Southern California, receiving a Bachelor’s of Science in Spanish. While at USC, Brytani travelled to Honduras with Global Brigades to help in rural communities by developing and building sustainable irrigation systems, delivering an educational component for the children and interacting with community leaders to teach them the skills needed to successfully maintain the newly installed irrigation systems. Additionally, she completed research in diarrheal diseases and water contamination in Guatemala through USC’s Global Health Research Immersion Grant.
