Christine Jacob joined COPE Health Solutions as the New York Office Assistant in May 2018. In August 2018, Ms. Jacob transitioned into her new role of Office Manager and Executive Assistant to Vice Presidents Yomi Ajao and Auroop Roy. In this role, Ms. Jacob oversees all daily office functions while providing support to the executive team.

Prior to her positon at COPE Health Solutions, Ms. Jacob led the administrative functions at Comprehensive Pain Management. In this multitasking role, she interacted with a diverse patient population, providing a friendly and welcoming office space. In addition, she coordinated the physician’s schedule, managed outgoing correspondence, processed invoices, and provided other administrative support to keep the business organized.

Ms. Jacob received her Bachelors in Anthropology from Binghamton University, while also avidly pursuing opportunities to conduct research with a Global Health focus. She conducted a study consisting of individual interviews with members of a Cypriot refugee family to better understand the challenges faced by immigrants and refugees living in the United States to accessing healthcare and other government services.

Additionally, she conducted a semester-long research project on nutritional transitions in India, Mexico, and Japan due to globalization and its impact on mortality rates, non-communicable diseases, and the prevalence of obesity in correlation with the adoption of a Western diet.

While at BU, Ms. Jacob actively got involved on campus as President of Phi Sigma Sigma sorority and as a Student Fundraiser for the university’s annual fund. During her senior year, she was awarded the William Jefferson Clinton Scholarship, granting her a full scholarship to the American University of Dubai, where she pursued Middle Eastern Studies for a semester.
