Greg Carlow is a Manager at COPE Health Solutions. Mr.  Carlow is actively supporting clients on a range of population health management strategies including care management, utilization review, MSO services, and population health analytics. Over the last year, Mr. Carlow supported a large public hospital system to develop a centralized care management strategy for more than one million managed care members with the goal of optimizing medical spend and improving patient outcomes.

Prior to joining the team, Mr. Carlow spent over five years working for Federally Qualified Community Health Centers (FQHCs) in Massachusetts and Arizona. Most recently, he served as the Population Health Project Manager for a network of FQHCs in the Boston area. Mr. Carlow was responsible for leading the technical and operational implementation of population health software solutions to increase mobile outreach capacity, care coordination and clinical decision support. His efforts led to demonstrated improvements in care management, clinical efficiency and quality outcomes.

Mr. Carlow is a returned Peace Corps Volunteer who served in Uganda. During his service, he worked to improve access to HIV services and employment opportunities for youth in a rural community.

Mr. Carlow graduated from Skidmore College with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and attended the University of Arizona as a Paul D. Coverdell Peace Corps Fellow, where he received a Master of Public Health and was inducted into the Delta Omega Honor Society in Public Health.
