Izabella (Belle) Zant, MPH, is a Consultant at COPE Health Solutions. Her work supports large health systems in the greater New York City area with strategic analyses, provider incentives and value-based payment (VBP) transformation. Her responsibilities currently include identifying innovative contracting opportunities for a spectrum of providers including community based organizations, federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), skilled nursing facilities and behavioral health specialists. Additionally, Ms. Zant is responsible for conducting VBP readiness assessments and provider performance evaluations related to clinical gap closure. Internally, Ms. Zant supports business development projects, recruitment and strategic management.

Prior to joining the team, Ms. Zant worked at the World Health Organization (WHO) headquarters in the Unit of Mental Health Policy, Planning and Service Development, concentrating on international guidance for behavioral health service quality and coordination. She also worked with Doctors Without Borders (MSF) on international access to medical tools and pharmaceuticals, The University of Ghana School of Public Health, researching behavioral health comorbidities and facility trends, as well as Health for Y.O.U.T.H.S., a New York City non-profit, working on strategic planning and fundraising.

Ms. Zant holds a Masters of Public Health degree from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health within the Health Policy & Management department, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
