Kate Dillman joined COPE Health Solutions in December of 2014 and is currently the Manager of Human Resources. In her role, Ms. Dillman plans, manages and coordinates all human resources initiatives including compensation, benefits, recruitment, training and employee relations. She is also responsible for creating and maintaining internal policies, procedures and programs and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulatory requirements and laws. As COPE Health Solutions expands its national reach, Ms. Dillman leads employment law compliance for multiple states on the East and West Coasts as well as the Pacific Northwest. She also provides human resources consulting for COPE Health Solutions’ Health Scholar program to ensure a positive and inclusive experience for its several thousand active participants.

Prior to her position with COPE Health Solutions, Ms. Dillman led the administrative and human resource functions at a mid-sized New York City recruiting agency for nearly three years. She is an alumnus of New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study, graduating magna cum laude from a self-created concentration regarding literature and narrative.

Ms. Dillman holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification issued by the HR Certification Institute in addition to a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification issued by the Society for Human Resource Management. She plans to continue her education in a Master of Business Administration program in the near future.
