Lindsey Patton, Assistant Vice President of Finance, joined COPE Health Solutions in August 2015. Mrs. Patton began her career in healthcare administration as an Administrative Intern for JPS Health Network, a 500+ bed, county hospital district in Fort Worth, Texas. While serving as an intern, she had the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership on a wide variety of projects, including leading the hospital’s transition of patient satisfaction survey vendors. She also worked closely with finance leadership in the development and review of project budgets related to the Texas Medicaid 1115 Waiver.

After completing a nine month internship, Mrs. Patton served as a Senior Financial Analyst for JPS Health Network. In this role, Mrs. Patton was responsible for a wide array of activities that included the timely and accurate creation of financial statements for the Board of Managers, calculating revenue estimates for multiple revenue streams, monthly analysis of total patient accounts receivable to assist in determining net incomes and serving as a member on the Human Resources Resolution Panel for employee disputes. Mrs. Patton also served on a steering committee whose goal was to optimize the use of financial and human resources software.

Since joining COPE Health Solutions, Mrs. Patton has worked on numerous accounts in New York, mainly focused on the 1115 Waiver. Most recently, she served as the account lead for OneCity Health supporting network development, performance based contracting initiatives and overall account management. Prior to serving as the account lead, she also supported other New York accounts with performance based reporting, financial projections and budget development.

Mrs. Patton was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio and moved to Fort Worth, Texas for college. She holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of North Texas Health Science Center where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and plans to pursue fellow status. Mrs. Patton is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and plans to obtain Black Belt certification.
