Lorie Bandary joined the administrative team at COPE Health Solutions in May 2015 and is currently the Assistant Manager of Human Resources. In her role, Ms. Bandary is responsible for assisting in all human resources initiatives including benefits, recruitment, training, and employee relations. In addition, she is also responsible for leading new hire orientation, drafting and updating company policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulatory laws. Outside of her focus area, Ms. Bandary assists with quality assurance for specific client contracts, providing valuable work to her team members.

Prior to her position at COPE, Ms. Bandary served as the Office Manager for a mid-sized real estate company where she managed updates on client files and assisted in the loan submission process. She also managed and budgeted office inventory and implemented a streamlined process for quarterly IRS loan submissions while ensuring timely and accurate reports.

Ms. Bandary holds a Masters in Health Administration from the University of Southern California, where she graduated with honors as a member of Upsilon Phi Delta and a certification in Long Term Care Management. She also graduated magna cum laude in Psychology from the same institution. Ms. Bandary holds a certification in Human Resources Management and plans to continue her education with a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in the near future.
