Natalie Chau is a manager in the consulting practice and has been at COPE Health Solutions for over four years. She provides expertise in strategic planning, Medicaid waiver demonstrations, clinical integration, policy analysis and project management for a variety of clients including safety net hospitals, county health systems, children’s hospitals and community clinics. Her work focuses on improving the delivery system through incentivizing transformation and setting metrics to measure population health.

Her favorite projects have included the development of the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) programs for multiple clients in Texas, New York, Washington and California. She also plays an integral role in the thought leadership of COPE Health Solutions through the management of monthly publications focusing on client successes, industry trends, policy changes, workforce development and vulnerable populations.

Ms. Chau is currently enrolled in the executive master’s of public health program at the University of California, Los Angeles. She received a bachelor’s in health policy and management from the University of Southern California, with a minor in public health. She is also a certified associate in project management through the Project Management Institute. She has been a board member of the Women in Health Administration of Southern California professional association for two years, and an officer of her local Toastmasters International club for three years.
