Olivia Monteilh joined COPE Health Solutions in May 2019. She is currently the Office Manager and Executive Assistant. In her current role, she handles the day-to-day operations of the office, including ordering supplies and keeping an organized and efficient office environment. Her duties include managing the daily schedules, booking appointments, and supporting executives as well as overseeing office and building logistics for the LA office.

Prior to COPE Health Solutions, Ms. Monteilh worked in various retail and customer service jobs until she landed an internship in Special Events at South Coast Botanic Garden during her undergrad education. From there, she became the Assistant of Special Events and eventually the Special Events Coordinator once she graduated. With this job title, she assisted clients with booking their events, working with multiple vendors and monitoring a variety of events during garden business hours and afterhours. Her most recent job title before joining COPE Health Solutions was General Services Coordinator at South Coast Botanic Garden. In this role, she worked closely with all departments in the foundation to ensure clarity and structure amongst staff members.

Ms. Monteilh attended California State University, Long Beach where she completed her undergraduate education and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies.
