Shoshana Graff, MHA, joined COPE Health Solutions in February 2016. Since joining the COPE Health Solutions team, Ms. Graff has worked on multiple accounts in the Greater New York City area, focusing mainly on assisting clients with the New York State Medicaid Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) program and value-based contracting for community providers. Most recently, Ms. Graff has worked on developing a standardized set of quality metrics across a health system that will be used to define the clinical care redesign interventions within the organization. Additionally, she has assisted in the development of an accountable care organization and a unified network development strategy, including provider recruitment and physician incentive strategies.

Ms. Graff began her career in health care at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where she led many successful quality improvement initiatives including the Patient Resource Advisor program. Her experiences in this role solidified her interest in health administration and led her to pursue a graduate education in health care management.

During the course of her graduate program, Ms. Graff completed an administrative internship at New York-Presbyterian Hospital. Throughout her internship, she worked to implement an Open Access Scheduling System within the Ambulatory Care Network, with the goal of improving access to health care for residents in New York City’s underserved communities.

Ms. Graff holds a Master of Health Administration from the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. At Columbia she served as a teaching assistant for graduate-level Health Economics courses and was an active member of the Future Healthcare Leaders club. As an undergraduate, Ms. Graff attended Cornell University where she earned a Bachelor of Sciences in Nutritional Sciences. In her free time, Ms. Graff enjoys hiking in National Parks and finding new restaurants to try in her neighborhood.
