Timothy Hudgins

Timothy Hudgins is a Vice President with COPE Health Solutions with broad expertise in analytics strategies for value-based care. He has significant experience in performing analytics for health plans and value based contracts. He provides expertise for clients in data analysis, data warehousing, and medical economics reporting.

Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Mr. Hudgins was a Director of Client Analytics at Evolent Health, a technology and operating partner to health systems for value-based care transformation. In his tenure with Evolent, Mr. Hudgins helped to develop medical economics reporting capabilities for a variety of clients with a range of lines of business.  He had a major focus on medicare shared savings programs to implement the data for analytics purposes and understanding the key areas of opportunity for cost savings. Prior to Evolent Health, he worked in Finance at Carilion Clinic where his focus was on physician performance and scorecards, along with work focused on more transparent pricing of services.

Mr. Hudgins earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech, focused on operations and supply chain management. He also has his Master’s in Decision Analytics from Virginia Commonwealth University.
