Preparing for RHT & the Future of Rural Value-Based Care

New York’s rural healthcare providers are entering a pivotal moment of transformation. With CMS launching major new initiatives — including the Rural Health Transformation (RHT) Program, ACCESS, and LEAD — and New York State receiving $212 million in Year 1 RHT funding, rural hospitals, FQHCs, and community providers face an unprecedented opportunity to build or strengthen the financial and operational infrastructure required for success and sustainability in value-based care.

This webinar will unpack how federal and state priorities are converging to reshape rural healthcare delivery, infrastructure investment, and value-based payment in New York.
