• Support providers entering or in risk arrangements with people, process, technology needed to improve performance and de-risk the transition to advanced VBP arrangements via value based operations enablement
• Co-manage and lead functional teams, taking on accountability for driving operations and performance for the risk-bearing entity
• Imbed capabilities within the client infrastructure and management systems to maintain financial and quality excellence for VBP arrangements
• Establish shared performance and financial metrics to align mutual incentives under value-based arrangements
