Based on the phone or video interview, we may reach out to you to schedule in-person interviews with our team members. During your interviews, you’ll be asked to discuss how your skills, experience and background will complement our team. You will also have the opportunity to learn more about the work we do, our culture and ask any questions you may have.
Depending on your role, and upon successful completion of your interviews, you may be invited to complete a case study. Our case study process provides a unique insight into the work you can expect to do as a member of our team. After a presentation of your findings, we’ll determine if an offer will be extended to you.
If you’ve been selected to receive an offer, a team member will reach out to you with an offer letter. Upon your acceptance, our HR team will provide you with more details regarding your first few days, our orientation process and any applicable training sessions.
