Getting to the Big Easy is simple regardless of the location you come from in the US! Flights are available morning, early afternoon and late afternoon. Plan accordingly as you are likely to be traversing through one or even two time zones. New Orleans is in Central Standard Time (CDT).

  • If you are traveling from the West Coast to New Orleans, you will experience a time forward of two hours (5 if you are coming from Hawaii). As such, it is strongly recommend you fly out earlier.
  • If you are traveling from the East Coast to New Orleans, you will experience a time backward of one hour.

Airlines providing direct flights to New Orleans include:

  • Delta Airlines
  • American Airlines
  • United Airlines

Flights flying out from the Pacific Northwest may require a connecting flight. It is strongly recommended you book the departing and connecting flight from the same airline as if there are delays or cancellations, the airline will be able to best assist and accommodate you should compensation become needed.

We look forward to seeing you at the conference!
