When you interview with us you’re likely to meet with about four team members from different divisions. They’re looking to find out the following about you:
What are your professional and personal career goals?
What is your level of knowledge and interest in health care and COPE Health Solutions?
What skills and assets can you contribute to COPE Health Solutions and our clients?
What questions do you have about us, our culture and the way we work?
After you review our open positions and apply online, or when you submit a general application if you can’t find a specific position that fits your qualifications, we’ll contact qualified candidates to complete a phone interview.
Candidates who pass the phone interview will be invited to our corporate office in downtown Los Angeles to complete a minimum of four in-person interviews.
Qualified candidates who complete the in-person interviews will be invited to complete a case study where you may visit one of our client sites (if your position is client facing) and complete a relevant project that you present to our team. Our case study process provides candidates with unique insight into a day in the life as a COPE Health Solutions team member.
