Nitchee Tangs

Nitchee Nitchakorn Tangs. MD, MS joined COPE Health Solutions in the Analytics Risk Contracting (ARC) product team in 2023. She is a leader in data-driven healthcare product development with extensive experience in three startups in Primary Care, Remote Patient Monitoring, and Chronic Care Management. She has utilized her clinical quality improvement background to communicate with the clinicians, design workflows of the products, and analyze the data to evaluate the clinical outcome and product KPIs. She is also a firm believer in user-centered design, conducted several user interviews with patients, physicians, nurses, and pharmacists, and spoke at a health experience design conference in 2021. Dr.Tangs was also a trainer who trained facilitators. She has well-rounded communication skills to create buy-in from all stakeholders. Her deep expertise and passion for healthcare transformation is guided where she belongs.

Dr.Tangs. graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology System Design and Management program with an MS in Engineering and Management in 2021. Prior to that, she earned her MD from Mahidol University in Thailand. She worked as a primary care physician and led a clinical quality improvement team in the capitation system.
