Kurt Siejkowski

Kurt Siejkowski, MBA, SHRM-CP, is the interim Manager of People Experience at COPE
Health Solutions with over 10 years of progressive experience in human resources. He has
worked for a wide range of industries including consulting, health care, non-profit, transportation, and travel. His background in the human resources profession provides expertise in employee relations, performance management, employee engagement and retention, recruitment, payroll, benefits, labor laws, training and development, and strategic planning.

Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Mr. Siejkowski served as the Human Resources Manager for a Los Angeles County FQHC where he aligned the firm’s human resources strategy with its growth strategy dually providing guidance to all levels of the organization’s leadership pertaining to employee engagement.

Mr. Siejkowski earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and Master of Business Administration from Fort Hays State University in Hays, KS and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
