Deborah Muñoz, MA, MBA, joined COPE Health solutions as a Manager of Health Scholar Recruitment. Her focus is on developing and sustaining community relationships that will further enhance the Health Scholars recruitment processes.
Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Ms. Muñoz spent the last 20 years in healthcare in Population Health and Patient Experience. Within her roles, she was responsible for developing engagement strategies with key external and internal stakeholders and created momentum for fostering change. During her tenure at the hospital level, she worked collectively with the various teams to raise HCAHP scores and created a safer hospital environment for patients, families and staff.
Ms. Muñoz earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Cal State Long Beach and her Master’s in Cross Cultural Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary and received her MBA in Finance and Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management.
