Lilia Cilia is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across non-profit organizations, manufacturing, retail, and staffing services. She holds a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University Dominguez Hills.

Currently serving as a Human Resources Recruiter in People Experience, Ms. Cilia oversees the recruitment needs of various departments, including the ECM program, VBC, and health scholar program. She leverages her diverse skill set to streamline hiring processes, foster employee engagement, and implement organizational strategies that support workplace excellence as well as hiring efficiently and effectively.
