Danielle Feldman
Senior Consultant
Danielle Feldman, MPA is a Senior Consultant with COPE Health Solutions. She has a background in healthcare consulting, innovation and policy and has over five years of experience working with state agencies and nonprofits. Ms. Feldman supports clients in developing strategies for success in value-based care through strategic planning, project management and data analysis.
Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Ms. Feldman was employed by Public Consulting Group (PCG) and served as the project manager for the Technical Assistance (TA) Marketplace of California. In this role, she led client deliverables, increased recipient participation and enhanced stakeholder engagement. Ms. Feldman established workflow processes, wrote policies and created reference materials for smooth implementation and performance within the TA Marketplace. Ms. Feldman was the main point of contact of the TPA with the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) of California, working very closely with the client and vendors to meet their needs.
Additionally, Ms. Feldman worked as a Case Investigation Supervisor during the NYSDOH COVID-19 contact tracing initiative. Here, she led all case investigation training for the Capital Region and North Country, transitionally managing 400+ individuals as the state made the switch from contact tracing to case investigation and was one of 12 individuals chosen to stay with the initiative until the end of contract out of approximately 7000. Ms. Feldman directly supervised a team of 20 call center individuals who had a special focus on data collection for COVID-19 testing. Ms. Feldman worked to implement new policies, procedures and workflows to meet the ever-changing landscape of the pandemic.
Ms. Feldman earned her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Hofstra University and her Master of Public Administration from Rockefeller College of Public Affairs, University at Albany.
