Sarah Muscato

Sarah Muscato is a Senior Consultant with COPE Health Solutions. She comes to the organization with a background in healthcare consulting, strategy, and program management. In her current role, Ms. Muscato will be working with our VBC team to support care delivery transformation initiatives.

Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Ms. Muscato was a Senior Consultant at ProspHire. In this role, she supported multiple projects, including Medicare Stars program transformation and Medicare strategic planning for managed care organizations, aimed at revenue optimization and quality improvement.

Additionally, Ms. Muscato worked as a Quality Analyst for a local hospital in Pittsburgh focused on executing and monitoring quality improvements efforts related to gap closure campaigns and population health initiatives to meet regulatory and pay for performance benchmarks.

Ms. Muscato earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management at the University of Pittsburgh.
