Tom Meixner

As Principal & Value Based Care Finance Lead at COPE Health Solutions, Tom Meixner brings 35 years of experience in leading health plans, with a diverse range of skills and a sharp focus on value-based contracting and performance. Prior to this, Mr. Meixner served as the CFO of FidelisCare New York, a $17 billion statewide New York government programs plan, including full responsibility for all Value-Based Care (VBC) initiatives. Mr. Meixner also spent twelve years at Healthfirst, the largest health plan in downstate New York, including six years leading the organization’s delivery system engagement and analytics to drive provider partner success. His cross-functional expertise includes finance, network strategy, medical economics, and actuarial services. His degree in Statistics and Actuarial Science and fourteen years of experience in actuarial services built the foundation for the data-driven approach he has applied to every leadership role he has faced.
