Johnathan Jimenez

Jonathan Jimenez is a Patient Care Navigator at COPE Health Solutions entering his first job in a health care system role. His role is to help patients navigate through the health care systems, he ensures that they receive the proper resources, educate patients of their diagnosis and treatment options. Mr. Jimenez coordinates appointments, referrals and follow-up communications with health care plans to ensure patients’ needs are addressed.

Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Mr. Jimenez was an assistant site coordinator at Elevo working with kindergarten aged children helping support their physical, emotional and academic well-being. He’s also facilitated the operations of California State University, Northridge Community Center and Learning Center, being the lead assistant in these facilities he managed students working schedules, approved time sheets and made sure both centers were up to date with maintenance and compliance with the university’s guidelines.

Mr. Jimenez earned his bachelor’s degree in journalism at California State University, Northridge.
