Mikayla Gittoes
Float Program Manager
Ms. Mikayla Gittoes serves as a Float Program Manager with COPE Health Solutions, where she provides support across multiple sites in the Health Scholars programs to ensure consistency, quality and strong client engagement.
Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Ms. Gittoes was a Program Manager at a Care Coordinating Agency (CCA), where she played a key role in implementing the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) Cal-AIM initiative. She supported the launch and refinement of both Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Supports (CS), helping streamline processes to meet program standards and improve service delivery. In her role, she collaborated with managed care plans to secure organizational contracts and led staff training on operational workflows, ensuring effective and compliant program execution.
Ms. Gittoes earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Tuskegee University in Tuskegee, Alabama.
