Joseph Arroyo

Joseph Arroyo joined COPE Health Solutions in February 2026 as a Patient Care Navigator. In his role, Mr. Arroyo conducts outreach to connect individuals with fundamental resources to reach optimal health. He is very committed and passionate about promoting health and wellness among populations affected by health disparities and constantly strives to achieve equitable health outcomes for all.

Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Mr. Arroyo engaged in various local community outreach activities. As a matter of fact, he was first introduced to COPE Health Solutions through the COPE Health Scholar program. Through the COPE Health Scholars program, Mr. Arroyo obtained the skills and knowledge in the Health Scholar role and later, joined the leadership team as a Training Coordinator for prospective Health Scholars.

Mr. Arroyo earned his Bachelor of Science in health science, with an emphasis in Community Health Education from California State University, Long Beach.
