Andrea Arvizu

Andrea Arvizu joined COPE Health Solutions in February 2025 and serves as the Program Coordinator, overseeing the COPE Health Scholars and Junior Health Scholar programs at Adventist Health Bakersfield in California. In this role, she oversees daily operations, ensures program compliance, and enhances participant experiences through onboarding, training, and recruitment.

Before joining COPE Health Solutions, Ms. Arvizu participated in the Health Scholar program at Adventist Health Bakersfield from 2022 to 2024. During this time, she supported the leadership team as an Enrollment Coordinator, gaining extensive experience in student support and program administration within academic and healthcare settings. She later served as a Health Scholar Assistant, where she supported program leadership and strengthened her skills in coordination and student engagement.

Ms. Arvizu is completing her undergraduate education at California State University, Bakersfield, where she will receive her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Allied Health.
