Aimee Coppolo

Aimee Coppolo, BSPH, is a Patient Care Navigator at COPE Health Solutions at the Los Angeles office. She is part of the Enhanced Care Management, or ECM, team which focuses on patient outreach and educating patients on services that are available to them through Medical and their insurance. Ms. Coppolo works with clients to further enroll themselves in

Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Ms. Coppolo worked in retail for five years. In her role, Ms. Coppolo worked hands-on with customers to ensure excellent customer service. Her job was to provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and aid in their shopping experience. Additionally, Ms. Coppolo’s job was to communicate with vendors, delivery truck companies, online services, and customers to make sure deliveries were going out on time and in a smooth manner. She ensured orders were picked correctly and timely so that customers could get their orders quickly and safely. Ms. Coppolo also had to work with customers in difficult situations and worked to deescalate and resolve issues that would arise. In her time in retail, she was a supervisor at two stores and additionally aided in training new associates, providing support and guidance to associates in need, taking care of difficult situations, and reporting directly to management to get the job done.

Ms. Coppolo earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health degree from California State University, Los Angeles in Los Angeles, California. In her time at CSULA, Ms. Coppolo was on the Dean’s List for four semesters and graduated Cum Laude.
