Lucia Arias

Ms. Arias is a Revenue Cycle Analyst at COPE Health Solutions, where she supports internal and external client engagements focused on revenue cycle performance, reimbursement optimization and health care transformation initiatives. She partners closely with revenue cycle leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze claims data, monitor denial trends, and identify operational gaps. Ms. Arias is actively involved in projects supporting Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and CALAIM initiatives, including billing readiness, denial management, claims oversight and performance monitoring of innovative care models.

With more than 13 years of experience in health care revenue cycle operations, Ms. Arias brings extensive expertise in claims lifecycle management, payer reimbursement analysis, denial analytics, audit trail reporting, and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, she held progressive leadership roles overseeing collections operations within a large multi-site health system. In these roles, she led denial reduction initiatives, improved accounts receivable performance, strengthened data integrity controls and supported workflow optimization efforts across clinical and billing teams. Her experience spans Medi-Cal Managed Care, Medicare, ECM, fee for service and value-based reimbursement models.

Ms. Arias earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from California State University, Northridge.
