Avery Hulse
Community Health Worker
Avery Hulse serves as a Community Health Worker at COPE Health Solutions. Ms. Hulse is committed to improving health outcomes and closing gaps in care by advocating for ECM members, providing education, and connecting them with available resources.
Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Ms. Hulse advocated for underserved communities for more than five years as a public servant in the State of Nebraska. Her journey began with determining Medicaid eligibility, transitioned to an administrative role focusing on Medicaid Managed Care compliance, and ended with a policy role that resulted in the implementation of new Medicaid Waiver services to address gaps in care experienced by individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Ms. Hulse’s experience with Medicaid operations brings a unique perspective that aids in her ability to serve our community.
Ms. Hulse was recognized by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services for her integrity in the workplace in 2025. She is proud to support COPE Health Solutions’ mission of building healthier communities, one connection at a time.
