Christina Diaz

Christina Diaz joined COPE Health Solutions in October 2024 as the Director of Care Management overseeing the CHS Care Management functions and operations, ensuring the program meets quality measures as required by governing bodies. Prior to joining CHS, Ms. Diaz served as a Senior Product Manager for Geniq, Inc. where she collaborated with the technology developers, sales, and client services teams to build and enhance products from existing ideas and help develop new concepts based on industry research and the needs of customers and prospects.

In her earlier career, Ms. Diaz functioned as the Director of Case Management for CareMore Health Plan where she led the design and implementation of new case management & utilization management programs for a wide range of population and partnerships. She brings with her more than 28 years of in-depth knowledge of implementing innovative solutions that improve care management workflows and administrative services to gain efficiency and achieve business objectives.

Ms. Diaz credits her work ethic to her immigrant parents, who always set the example of honest, hard work and family values. She continues to set an example for her son, stepchildren, and grandchildren by demonstrating to them that hard work and loyalty can lead not only to a meaningful career but an impactful life as well.
