Coral Oros

Coral Oros is a Patient Care Navigator. she provides telephonic and field-based case management services to clients. Ms. Oros is the main point of contact for clients. she builds strong relationships with clients to stay engaged in medical care and adhere to their medications. she is committed to removing the client’s barriers to care by identifying critical resources for clients, helping them navigate through health care services and systems, and promoting client health. she works closely with the Care Team to support positive client health outcomes.

Prior to COPE Health Solutions, Ms. Oros was an intern for The Wellness Center at the Historic LA General Hospital. She did intakes on clients. she provided information and registered clients on programs, workshops and, events available. Ms. Oros created and executed her own workshops for clients. She also assisted in client/patient outreach.

Ms. Oros recently graduated from Cal State university of LA with her bachelors of science in Public Health.
