Evan Rivera

Evan Rivera joined COPE Health Solutions in August 2024 as a Program Manager at Kaiser Permanente Woodland Hills in Woodland Hills, CA.

In his role as Program Manager, Mr. Rivera oversees the daily operations of the Health Scholar Program, providing training and mentorship to Health Scholars. He plays a key role in bridging the gap between Health Scholars and the client, leading efforts in recruitment, training, leadership development, and mentoring. Additionally, Mr. Rivera is dedicated to expanding professional development opportunities for participants as they advance in their respective healthcare careers.

Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Mr. Rivera worked in the non-profit sector as a Program Coordinator and Senior Administrative Assistant in the Anesthesiology Critical Care Medicine department at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. In this role, he provided comprehensive support to the Anesthesia Faculty and Fellows, particularly in Graduate Medical Education (GME) and ensuring compliance with Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) standards. His responsibilities include managing various administrative functions and coordinating critical projects. This experience honed his skills in program management, organization, and communication. Mr. Rivera’s passion for enhancing healthcare delivery and supporting medical professionals has been a driving force in his career. He is eager to continue making significant contributions at COPE Health Solutions and advancing in his career in program management, focusing on health education, advocacy, and efficient healthcare delivery.
