Jeanette Munoz

Jeanette Munoz joined COPE Health Solutions in January 2025 as a Community Health Worker, promoting health education, providing support, and facilitating access to healthcare services within underserved communities. With a deep commitment to improving public health out-comes, Jeanette Munoz works closely with individuals and families to address their unique healthcare needs, provide resources, and advocate for better health policies.

Prior to working at COPE Health Solutions, Ms. Munoz worked with community organizations like Stronger Together Now Inland Empire and Community Translational Research Institute to provide free health screenings in lower income communities. Ms. Munoz also worked as a man-ager in customer service for six years where she developed a diverse set of skills. While work-ing in a fast-paced environment she strengthened her skills in leadership, time management, conflict resolution, team building, attention to detail and strategic thinking. This position helped Ms. Jeanette further understand her diverse communities and be able to do her job as a Commu-nity Health Worker more efficiently.
Ms. Jeanette earned her associate’s degree in public health and completed her community health worker certificate. She is looking to pursue her Bachelor of Science in Public Health de-gree to further expand her knowledge and skills to create an environment of inclusivity and re-spect for all individuals they serve and make a positive impact in the community.
