Jessica Campos

Jessica Campos joined COPE Health Solutions in February 2026 as a Community Health Worker, bringing a decade of multifaceted experience in the healthcare system. A Los Angeles native who found her professional calling after moving to Bakersfield in 2019, Ms. Campos is dedicated to serving underserved populations and bridging the gap between complex medical systems and community needs.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Campos spent six years at Maxim Healthcare Services, where she pivoted through HR and Operations before thriving as an Intake Coordinator. During her tenure, she became a fierce advocate for her clients, collaborating closely with the Kern Regional Center, the VA, and private contracts to ensure children, adults, and the elderly received appropriate, high-quality care. She is known for her strategic planning skills and her ability to simplify complex benefits for the families she serves.

Ms. Campos holds a Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix.
