Kaitlin Ricciardelli, RN, BSN, CCM, is an RN with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and is board-certified through CCMC. She has more than 17 years of clinical and managerial experience. She has more than 15 years of experience in the acute home care and Emergency Room setting, and has spent the last 16 years in a managed care setting leading clinical and nonclinical teams. In her last role, she was a director overseeing a robust case management and quality team for a major health plan the National footprint.
