Lilija Sadauskas

Lilija Sadauskas is a Senior Consultant at COPE Health Solutions with experience in strategic health care transformation, data analytics, health system operations, and virtual care.

Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Ms. Sadauskas worked at Johns Hopkins Medicine in the Office of Telemedicine as a Senior Operations Intelligence Analyst, where she managed data analytics to support operational performance and enterprise-wide strategic planning. She collaborated closely with clinical and administrative leaders to design and implement virtual care models aimed at improving patient access and efficiency. Ms. Sadauskas also helped lead cross-functional initiatives to evaluate performance metrics, improve workflows, and scale virtual health services across departments.

Additionally, Ms. Sadauskas previously worked as Administrative Resident in the Office of Johns Hopkins Physicians, where she managed a strategic partnership with a local federally qualified health center to enhance care coordination and community outreach. She also oversaw operations for a mobile COVID-19 vaccination clinic, which delivered critical access to underserved populations during the pandemic.

Ms. Sadauskas holds a Master of Health Administration from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry with a minor in Music from Saint Louis University. While completing her graduate degree, she served as President of the Master of Health Administration Student Assembly, representing student interests and leading academic and professional initiatives.
