Maria Jeanniton, RN

Maria Jeanniton, RN, BSN, MSN, CCM, is an RN with a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Nurse Administration and is board-certified through CCMC. She has more than 25 years of clinical and managerial experience. She has more than 15 years of experience in acute home care, specializing in Hospice, Emergency Home Care Services, and private duty nursing, and has spent the last 16 years in a managed care setting leading clinical (both nursing and social work) and nonclinical teams providing critical care to vulnerable populations. In her last role, she was a director overseeing a robust case management team for a major health plan covering eight states in the Northeast Region of the United States. She is currently pursuing a DNP (doctorate in Nursing Practice).
