Olivia Hobbs
Community Health Worker
Olivia Hobbs is a Community Health Worker at COPE Health Solutions, where she plays a crucial role in educating members about Enhanced Care Management (ECM) services and assisting with their enrollment. She serves as the primary liaison between members and the healthcare services they need, helping individuals and families navigate the healthcare system and improve their self-care and health management. Olivia is committed to building and maintaining trusting relationships with patients and their families and to providing ongoing follow-ups.
Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Ms. Hobbs gained valuable experience through various roles. As a Macro Social Work Intern at Crete Academy, she developed a logistics model for a new homeless shelter, created case notes, and operated a Wellness Center providing essential resources for impoverished children. As a Global Health Experiential Fellow with Empower Through Health in Uganda, Ms. Hobbs led the “Pathways to Care” project, evaluating mental health care access in underserved villages and collaborating with local and international teams on research initiatives. She also worked as a London Project Support Intern with FoodCycle, organizing projects to address food insecurity and managing outreach and volunteer efforts.
Ms. Hobbs holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Affairs with a Minor in Global Health from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Olivia plans to further her education to obtain a master’s degree in public health, and she is currently working on her Spanish proficiency following her summer enrollment in a language-intensive school in Buenos Aires, Argentina this past summer.
