Victoria Mason

Victoria Mason is a UX/UI Designer at COPE Health Solutions, where she oversees UI design, UX research, and information architecture for the Analytics for Risk Contracting (ARC) SaaS products. Additionally, she creates marketing assets geared towards consulting and workforce clients.

Before joining COPE Health Solutions, Ms. Mason was a Content Manager at Kraftworx, a consulting firm focused on enhancing scalability and sustainability for non-profit and corporate sales organizations. During her tenure, she developed written and visual content for email and social media campaigns, analyzed campaign analytics, and managed the company website. Prior to Kraftworx, she was as a Consultant for Fair Employment Agency, a Hong Kong-based social enterprise dedicated to ensuring safe working conditions and ending debt bondage for domestic workers.

Ms. Mason holds a Master of Science degree in User Experience from Arizona State University and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Intercultural Studies and Entrepreneurship from Brigham Young University – Hawaii.
