Les Duncan is the Vice President of Value Based Care Enablement and LEAD ACO for COPE Health Solutions and a population health and value‑based care leader with more than 20 years of experience building Clinically Integrated Networks, advancing ACO performance, and leading multi‑state transformation initiatives. He has designed enterprise analytics platforms, including an AI‑enabled Provider Facing Analytics solution that generated over $32M in MSSP shared savings.

Mr. Duncan has held senior roles at Highmark Health, Pinnacle Health’s River Health ACO, and Heritage Valley Health System. He specializes in population health strategy, CIN development, healthcare analytics, and value‑based program optimization.
