Sherie Archie is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 20 years of progressive leadership experience in Managed Care, Network Development, and MSO/IPA Operations. She is widely recognized for her ability to foster strong provider relationships, streamline operations, and lead teams through complex organizational transformations. Sherie is deeply committed to expanding access to high-quality, value-based care for diverse communities.

In her role at COPE Health Solutions as Assistant Vice President, IPA Network and Operations, Ms. Archie applies her extensive operational expertise and strategic acumen to accelerate provider network growth, drive operational excellence, and advance value-based care initiatives.

Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Ms. Archie served as a key leader on the Growth and Operations team at a national healthcare organization, where she played a pivotal role in expanding the organization’s footprint across California. She led the successful establishment of network adequacy in two regions for a newly launched IPA, achieving this milestone in under a year. Her efforts strategically bridged assets across Northern and Southern California, aligning physician networks and operations to create a unified statewide presence. Her leadership strengthened provider recruitment and contracting, while laying the foundation for improved care coordination and value-based performance across multiple markets.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Archie held influential leadership roles at a regional health system, where she was instrumental in onboarding new providers, launching an insurance verification line, and creating a centralized repository for payor agreements. She also played a key role in the development of a new MSO and a clinically integrated networks initiatives that enhanced care coordination and provider engagement throughout the region.

Ms. Archie holds a Master of Arts in Leadership and Organizational Studies from Fresno Pacific University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from California State University, Fresno.
