Olivia Fanet

Olivia Fanet, MPH is a Senior Consultant with COPE Health Solutions. She comes to the organization with a background in healthcare consulting and transformation. In her current role, Ms. Fanet collaborates with the Value-Based Care team, assisting payors and health systems in enhancing care delivery.

Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Ms. Fanet was an associate with Alvarez & Marsal’s Healthcare Industry Group. In this role, she supported multiple projects, including data infrastructure and provider reporting assessments for a large managed care organization, aimed at quality improvement.

Additionally, Ms. Fanet worked as a consultant with Guidehouse, focusing on digital transformation for the National Institutes of Health, with an emphasis on project and change management. During her time at Guidehouse, she also received her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Ms. Fanet holds a Master of Public Health in Global Health Epidemiology from George Washington University. She earned her Bachelor of Arts, double majoring in Global Public Health and French, from the University of Virginia.
