Matthew Schaack

Matthew Schaack, MBA, joined COPE Health Solutions in September of 2024 as Program Manager at Multicare Deaconess and Valley Hospitals in Spokane, WA. Matthew’s focus consists of maintaining client relations, ensuring meeting of consistent recruitment goals, providing professional development to the scholars within the program, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Prior to Joining COPE Health Solutions, Matthew served as a Clinic Administrator for a local FQHC in Spokane, WA. He was directly involved and oversaw recruitment for the Nurse Practitioner Residency Program that was offered through his clinic, as well as working with preceptors to develop and implement plans for smooth operations and growth opportunities throughout the Residency Program. In this role, Matthew also worked closely with providers and care team members over daily operations, gaining experience and knowledge in Family Practice, OBGYN and Women’s Health, Behavioral Health, and Pediatrics.

Matthew obtained his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Lewis-Clark State College in Lewiston, ID, which ultimately led to his pursuit and graduation from Idaho State University with his MBA, with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration. Matthew is passionate about helping students and colleagues grow and meet new goals and opportunities that best support the communities he grew up and currently live in.
