Jereme Ayers

Mr. Ayers is a seasoned health care executive with over a decade of experience leading sales strategy, commercial operations, and market expansion across digital health and tech-enabled services. As Vice President of Growth at COPE Health Solutions, he is responsible for driving revenue strategy and execution across the firm’s consulting services and population health platform, ARC.

Before joining COPE Health Solutions, Mr. Ayers served in senior commercial roles at Nuna, HealthWorksAI, and Insightin Health. At Nuna, he led the go-to-market efforts for a digital engagement solution focused on chronic condition outcomes and population health performance. At HealthWorksAI, he was responsible for sales, marketing, and market research, helping bring advanced analytics tools to Medicare Advantage plans nationwide. Earlier, at Insightin Health, he introduced next-best-action technology supporting STARS and HEDIS outcomes into national and regional payers.

Mr. Ayers began his health care career with Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, where he contributed to the design and execution of member engagement and retention strategies, benefit planning, and quality improvement programs for Medicare Advantage. His experience spans both the provider and payer landscape, with deep familiarity in population health, benefit design, quality performance, and digital solution commercialization.

He holds a master of business administration with a concentration in marketing from Shippensburg University and a bachelor of science in business administration from Slippery Rock University.
