Mike Davis

Mike Davis joined COPE Health Solutions in November, 2023 as the Program Manager for the COPE Health Scholars program at St. Joseph’s Hospital Orange location. His time there is dedicated to build up a strong team of Scholars through recruitment, training, and professional development. He prides himself on his ability to bring out the best in his teams through leadership training and fostering a sense of pride in the work the Scholars perform.

Prior to COPE Health Solutions, Mr. Davis worked in the education field as a Director of public school programs dedicated to building up teams of competitive public speakers and debaters. In this field, Mike managed multiple school sites, travel programs, and professional development for students while creating a sustainable and vibrant program for multiple district and company stakeholders. His work with students focused on developing a strong sense of community, responsibility, and passion for education and advocacy that resulted in multiple students receiving scholarships from various Ivy league and prestigious universities.

Mr. Davis graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Minor in Communication Studies. His area of study focused on community-driven initiatives for mental health, media literacy, and interpersonal communication. During his time there he assisted with undergraduate research initiatives in the Industrial/Organizational field. Additionally, while attending Orange Coast College, he accumulated multiple state and national championship awards in various public speaking and debate events.
