Sue Merlino

Ms. Susan Merlino joined COPE Health Solutions as the Office Manager in January 2025. Ms. Merlino is an experienced case manager and group facilitator with a diverse back-ground in health care, addiction recovery, and administrative management. She has dedicated her career to providing structured support, organization and guidance to individuals navigating recovery and professional compliance programs.

With a strong foundation in case management, Ms. Merlino developed individualized treatment plans, assessed client needs, and coordinated after-care management. Her experience extends beyond direct client services, including a tenure as a Studio Manager at CCTV, Inc., where she oversaw media production, facility operations, and staff coordination.

Ms. Merlino holds multiple certifications, including an Addiction Counseling Certification from UCLA, a Life/Happiness Coach Certification, Meditation Facilitator and a Reiki Master Level Certification. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from Lesley University. Her commitment to ongoing education and professional development is reflected in her work supporting individuals on their paths to recovery and personal growth.
