Angelica Rodriguez is an Analyst at COPE Health Solutions, where she supports internal and external consulting projects focused on improving health care delivery. In this role, she works closely with clinic staff, providers, and stakeholders to implement innovative care models, perform strategic policy analysis, and support financial and data analytics across various health care settings. Her contributions are critical in improving operational efficiency and health outcomes.
Before joining COPE Health Solutions, Ms. Rodriguez gained extensive experience in case management and social work. As an Unaccompanied Children (UC) Case Manager at JCCA in the Bronx, NY, she assessed individual needs, coordinated release processes, and maintained open communication with children, families, and sponsors. Her work included managing complex cases with federal and legal specialists, as well as developing behavior modification plans. In her role as a Sociotherapist, she developed comprehensive service plans to support children and families, ensuring safety and permanency. She also collaborated with community and agency programs to provide holistic care, including Behavioral Health & Wellness and Health Homes.
Ms. Rodriguez holds a Master of Science in Health Administration from Fordham University, where she developed expertise in health care management and policy. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a Minor in Public Health, from Syracuse University. Additionally, she is a certified phlebotomist. Her passion for improving health care systems extends beyond her professional work—she volunteered with Medical Brigades for four years to implement sustainable health systems in underserved communities.
